MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM243X: About AM243x external pull-up resistor for I2C0_SCL, I2C0_SDA, EXTINTn

Part Number: MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM243X

Tool/software:

Hi experts,

The configuration of my board is as follows.

I2C0_SCL pin in MCU------------------┐

+3.3v ---- 4.7k ohm pull-up resistor ---- led (in opto-coupler) --- 470 ohm resistor ---- ground

When the I2C0_SCL pin is set to active output, high, the output level is output at approximately 1.3v instead of 3.3v.

When I change to 10k ohm, I get 1.21v, and when I change to 3k ohm, I get 1.44v.

Do you know why it doesn't even come out in 3v?

Is the current limited causing a voltage drop?

Please answer.

Thank you.
best regards
