Hi expert,
Customer is designing AM263x+DLP2021-Q1, From the measurement, AM263x consumes 0.8A@1.2V and 0.05A@3.3V. Total 0.96W+ 0.165W ~=1.1W.
They want to know how much power will be turn into heat on AM2632 IC package. Do we have any information to guide customer to calculate related question?
