EK-TM4C123GXL: CCS 20 problems creating a project for this chip.

Tool/software:

Problem - CCS - 20 fails to find tools.

Steps to reproduce:

1) On a CLEAN MAC - with no other ti stuff installed.

2) Install CCS Version 20.0..2.5__1.6.2

3) Try to create a project for a TIVA C series TM4C123GXL launch pad, same with CC1350 Launch pads.

4) In this case, "hello", "CCS - TI Compiler" - (it will not let me choose GCC, GRRR) and No RTOS

5) Click CREATE

6) Tells me I need to download the tools, I do that

7) I return to the Create Project page and try again.

8) I have even exited and restarted my Mac (I should not need to do that, but I have)

9) CLICK Create, again - it tell me I must install the same tools - again and again and again.
