We currently planning and preparing documentation for a project including a RM44L520.

For our documentation, we would need:

Safety Analysis Report for RM44x ARM®-Based Safety Critical Microcontrollers (SPNU625)
Failure Mode Distributions / Failure Mode Classes
Implemented diagnostic mechanisms
Diagnostic Coverage of the implemented diagnostic mechanisms

The background to this is an FMEDA to be carried out to determine SFF and DC.

These documents were part of secure software, and a valid NDA is required to share the same.

Does "NBB Controls Components GmbH" has valid NDA with TI?

Hello Jagadish,

I'm not currently aware of any NDAs.
What do we do next? How can we agree on an NDA to obtain the documents we need for our FMEDA?

Apologies for the delay, i was off for few days and didn't get chance to work on this issue.

Do you have any contact of local sales team to get NDA?
