Tool/software:

I am using the LP-AM263 evaluation board.
In addition to normal program burning, I also need to use a space in SPI Flash to store other data, and this data needs to be copied to the internal RAM when powered on.
How to implement such a process.

Thank you. To be more specific, I would like to ask how to burn a piece of your own data into the external SPI flash through Uniflash or CCS, and then automatically copy this data to the internal RAM when the CPU is powered on.

Please create a bin file with your data and then use the Uniflash gui, give the address where you want to flash. Then use the normal flashing process.

This will take care of flashing the data.

Uniflash can only burn sbl and apps, not my private data.

My problem has been solved, it was burned in UART mode through the Python script in the SDK package.
