There is an example configuration for QSPI Flash driver for W25Q64JV.

1. So UNIFLASH is a way to program the flash, you could have it via UART or other means, but all it does is write/program the flash. We have tested out UART Uniflash through releases, hence would recommend UART Uniflash.
2. I do not get this question, as the context is missing.
3. So you have two ways via which UNIFLASH can be executed: one via cmd prompt using the python command, and the other one using the UNIFLASH GUI Tool. The GUI tool also uses the same python command underneath, hence, based on my discussion with dev team, I would recommend going forward with Python command. 4. The one which you see in the link attached is the correct configuration for the W25Q64JV flash. You can go ahead and use the same itself.

I heard before that UART boot is not recommended for production, and there is the following CAUTION in the TRM.

Do you recommend UART Uniflash via UART boot ?

However, let me back to original question. There is no problem on JTAG Uniflash, right ?

Because the customer's board doesn't have UART port.
