TMS570LS10206 - is FPLL implemented?

  Flexray and FTU are not available in TMS570LS10206. The FPLL as shown in the datasheet is normally used as the clock source for Flexray to provide 80MHz per protocol. Since there is already the FMzPLL that you can use as the clock source for GCLK and HCLK I will suggest that you stay with the FMzPLL for GCLK/HCLK. Other clock domains which can potentially use FPLL would be AVCLK1 and RTICLK. AVCLK1 is normally sourced from OSCIN to provide the unmodulated bit clock to the DCAN. OSCIN should be sufficent to provide the bit clock for your desired baudrate. Therefore, I don't see good use of FPLL for AVCLK1 unless your OSCIN is slow and can't use it to obtain your desired baudrate.You could potentially use FPLL as the timebase for RTICLK. The default is VCLK as the source for RTICLK.

Actually, there is an application note explaining how the FPLL can be important to ADC performance when the FMzPLL is used in spread-spectrum mode.
