My company has a product that using TMS570LS20216. and this product is our major product.
We're using S5LS20216ASPGEQQ1.
But, Not enough stock on vendor's inventory. (We need 300~500pcs per month)
I found the Ti part# S5LS20216ASPGEMEP
It looks like same device but 'EP' version has more wide temperature range.
Am I correct? Can I use S5LS20216ASPGEMEP instead of S5LS20216ASPGEQQ1 , without any modify of H/W or S/W?
