Need details for SDRAM board fabrication

Hi

I am trying to get SDRAM board fabricated as given in the details of  TI website: http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDM-TM4C129XSDRAM.

I need details like Material(Specify clearly whether High Tg or Normal Tg), Impedance control (Yes/No) with tolerance , Copper finish (35 microns/70 microns/ any other), Min. Annular ring (mil), Board finish(Hot Air Leveled/ Electroless Ni-Au / Hard Gold / any other). These details are required by the PCB manufacturing team. Can anyone help me to get this data?

    Hello Arun,

    The board may be Normal Tg, No Impedance control, HASL finish. The min annular ring is 6 mil, if I remember correctly. However this is strange that a PCB manufacturing house requires this information, as some of the aspects like annular ring they can extract from the gerber.
