LAUNCHXL2-RM46: TM4C129ENCPDTI3 "fried"

Part Number: LAUNCHXL2-RM46

Good day!

I have a RM46x Launchpad and I wanted to use it to command an 3-phase inverter for a motor control. The problem is I managed to short the Launchpad to ground through an oscilloscope. The component which suffered is the TM4C129ENCPDTI3 controller (the small one).

For what it is used for?

Can I replace it?

Can I used something instead of it?

Can it be bypassed?

Does Texas Instruments offers some kind of warranty?

Is everything done and I have to replace the Launchpad?
