TM4C1233D5PZ: Is a BSDL (Boundary Scan Description Language) file available for the microcontroller? Would like to perform board level testing using JTAG and BSDL.

We are looking at using the TM4C1233D5PZ and TM4C1233D5PM microcontrollers in a new project. We would like to add JTAG / BSDL (Boundary Scan Description Language) capability by directly controlling pins on the microcontroller. Is this possible? I have been unable to find a BSDL file for this series of ICs. Thanks.

From the product page, select the "Tools & Software" tab. The link to the BSDL file is at the very bottom of the page under "Models". Here are the links for the two devices you requested:
