Part Number: EK-LM4F120XL

Can some one help me with installing pil target,

I tried one available 

but it seems I have wrong connectivity connection for Texas Instruments Code Composer Studio (IDE), Texas Instruments Code Composer Studio (TCP/IP), Texas Instruments Code Composer Studio (Serial), TI Stellaris LaunchPad connectivity using UART.
