You can use the TM4C123 MCU's SPI interface to talk to the the serial NAND flash memory. Is this what you have in mind? If this is the case then it should work.

 Actually we searched for 1Gigabyte NAND FLASH with SPI interface ,But it is not available.

Can you suggest any NAND FLASH of 1GB which is capable of interfacing with TM4C123 MCU.

Also alternate MCU which possess parallel interface   also help us.

I think if you Google search for key word "serial NAND flash" you will see some offerings. Here is one link. www.micron.com/.../serial-nand

TM4C123 doesn't support parallel memory interface. If this is a requirement for you please consider TM4C129 device.

We plan to go with TM4C29 MCU, So can you please share some reference design or application design of the same MCU.
It is good if some design with NAND flash.(Parallel interface)

Please take a look at this TI reference design which uses TM4C129 to interface with an external memory via the EPI interface. This is only example we have.

Note there is another small example in <TivaWare_Installation>/examples/peripherals/epi/sdram.c

May it be asked - why is, 'NAND Flash - and ONLY NAND Flash' being considered?

we have requirement of vibration sensor data needs collect and stored for 360 days, based on mobile APP command this will be transfferd through WiFi module so we are considering 1GB Nand flash for storage. Additional to this we have WiFi and GPS modules for wireless communication. Please recommend if you have any other solution...

And also Pls calrify below items;

TM4C129 the recommended MCU have RTOS or Non RTOS support ?

which IDE, debugger and compilers needs to used ?
What are the drivers are available such us USB, UART, SPI and I2C etc?
