Per part-number look-up, the marking should be:

PT
IQN50
But the marking on the part itself is:
LM3S811
IQN50C2SD
$9-7CP545H
ARM G3
The "PT" as indicated by the P/N Look-up tool is missing. Would this still be the correct marking for this part?
