Customer has appears to have a long running problem of the number of LM3S6965 device failures where it gets really hot. CM is are very confident there are no micro solder bridges causing the problem.
Usually they REMOVE & REPLACE and move forward. They are not bringing this to our attention to understand root cause. Any suggestion?
