I would like to get your advice if TM4C1297 is capable to get a video input at 800x600 @25HZ and deliver it to an OLED display (800x600 @25hz ) with low delay ? What will be the delay ?

What is the highest input resolution ?

You are right.
in a new design i don't want to be limited to resolution and frame rate.
What is the recomanded processor with similar definitions to TM4C1297NCZAD but has greater SDRAM capabilities and an EPI interface ?
The power consumption is very important issue.

Hello Benny,

Given our portfolio options, 'similar definitions' is a bit broad for me to make a single suggestion. The two paths that come to mind are:

MCU, Non-ARM w/o Ethernet: C2000 MCU's, probably the Delfino series which has more processing power than the Piccolo series. I am not 100% sure what options they have for this application with those devices, so you'd need to make an inquiry about this application on their E2E: https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171

Processor, ARM Cortex-A9: Sitara processors. These are designed to handle applications like Cameras and likely the best fit feature wise, but the power consumption would be higher, so you'd need to access that element closely.
