TM4C1231H6PM: Is the UART of TM4C123x same with TM4C129x’s?

There are a few differences in terms of improvements made to the UART channels to make the ones on the TM4C129x more robust as well as give the UART access to the uDMA, see this document for the comparison that overviews what changed: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spma065/spma065.pdf

The underlying module is the same in the sense of how to configure and operate it though, so code for the TM4C123x would apply to the TM4C129x as well.
