Hi E2E,

Good day. 

We have one customer inquiring if we have Hercules devices with CAN-FD?
I found a 2017 post discussing TMS570 with CAN-FD, but i decided to ask a similar inquiry if there is a plan now to release this feature?

    Hi Art,

    There are no current plans to include CAN FD interface on Hercules MCUs. CAN FD communication is supported on Hercules MCUs via an external CAN FD controller such as TCAN4550. See this TI design for more details:
