    Hi Needhu,

      The LM3S6911 is a NRND part number. With that said, we don't have the FIT data for these devices. May I ask what drives for this data from your side? The FIT rate data is required for safety certification (IEC61508 and ISO26262) for which these devices are not targeting.  Therefore, these data is not available. You can PM me if you want to take it offline.
