TM4C1290NCZAD: Absolute max on GPIO pins for TM4C1290

Hi,

May I know what's the max absolute rating on the GPIOs? Based on the datasheet , all other GPIO pins are 3V3-tolerant except for pin PB1 for USB0VBUS, which is 5V-tolerant. However, it didn’t mention the absolute rating of this port.

Can you tell clarify what is the absolute rating of these pin?

Hello Christina,

The absolute max for all pins besides PB1 is 4V, stated in 26.1 Maximum Ratings under VIN_GPIO.

For PB1, this is not clear in the datasheet, but the maximum voltage is 5.5V. The TM4C129 is on the same process node as the TM4C123 which has an absolute max of 5.5V on the 5V tolerant pins as stated in the device datasheet: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tm4c1230h6pm.pdf
