Can Pin F3 be used as MIBSPI1NCS[1] while EQEP1 is used for Quadrature Encoder feedback but EQEP1S is not used?

Hello,

Yes. you can. From HALCoGen-->PINMUX Tab, assign F3 to MIBSPINCS[1]. If both are enabled you will see a conflict on F3 pin and you have to remove assignment for EQEP1S.
