TM4C1290NCZAD: What does "series identifier" in PN mean?

Part Number: TM4C1290NCZAD

Hello,

I"m looking at the following MCU:

https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tm4c1290nczad.pdf?ts=1593035106124&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FTM4C1290NCZAD

the part number is also entered in the part number section of this thread.

I have 4 different versions of this chip to compare shown in the product comparison from TI's website.

When I look up the part number symbol meanings in the above linked datasheet I see that the "series identifier" part is what differentiates these components.  What does the series identifier mean?  I can't find any info in the datasheet about this.  I'd like to know what the differences are.

For the series identifier info section see page 1643 of the above linked datasheet.  The parametric comparison shows no differences.
