    The TI ARM compiler only has one manual associated with it.  Please note this manual about the compiler generally, and does not specifically address safety issues.

    While it is not a manual, it seems relevant to point out the compiler qualification kit.  This kit was developed to assist customers in qualifying their use of the TI ARM C/C++ Compiler to functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 and ISO 26262.
