We purchased EVM of DK-TM4C129x.

However, the box did not contain the following products.

Are these included in the package?

  • Auto-retractable CAT-5 Ethernet cable
  • Two USB device cables
  • One USB OTG cable

    Hi Haruo,

      I'm sorry to hear that there are missing accessories in the package. I'm not too sure if the Ethernet cable is included in the package. But if the only thing you find in the package is the EVM board, then I think at least the USB cable is missing. With that said, I'm not able to help you on this matter as this forum is only focused on the technical assistance of the MCU. We don't handle RMA or anything like that in this forum. Please contact the vendor/distributor where you purchase the product from. They should be able to help you resolve the issue. Depending if you want to keep the board or return the board for refund,  I will suggest you evaluate the the board with the spare Ethernet and USB cables of your own if you decide to keep the board. 

    [Edit 09/11/2020. 2:07pm]. The product page for the development board states that the Ethernet cable and the USB cables to be included. Again, please contact the vendor/distributor where you purchase from.
