We used LM3S615-IQN50-C2 for a long time.

But LM3S615-IQN50-C2 is not recommend to new design, can you help us to recommend a new part to PIN-TO-PIN replacement.

If have no PIN-TO-PIN Part, we may choose a cheap solution.

    Hello Elsa,

    There are no pin-to-pin replacements for that device, our smallest package for TM4C MCU's is 64 pins. Based on that devices peripherals, I would recommend the TM4C123AE6PM as a replacement device presuming that you are using the PWM peripheral. If not, then you can consider the TM4C1231C3PM.
