I have a question from the customer regarding RM44L520. He uses last version of TRM for RM44Lx, SPNU608A, March 2018.
In practice, It is unable to set CLKTEST.SEL_ECP_PIN bits register in Primary System Control Registers greater than 0x0F. I want to out VCLK4 to ECLK, and unable to do it. Writing 0x00050015 to CLKTEST lead to out HF LPO clock on ECLK, and reading back CLKTEST.SEL_ECP_PIN show that value is 0x05 instead of expected 0x15. What is wrong?
