Hello,

I am working on the Hercules safety library.

Just would like to know, what should be the interval Count of CPU Self-Test Controller (STC Global Control Register 0 -STCGCR0).

Also want to know what tests are completed in which intervals

    The CPU self-test function is scan-based and tests individual transistors, including those used for the user-accessible registers. The amount of test coverage achieved is dependent on the number of test intervals run.

    This device supports up to 26 intervals. You can can run 26 intervals together or in slices based on the coverage in your requirement.
