Hi,

Are there any memory area which is not cleared by warm reset?
(other than Data Flash area)
Customer wants to log the number of warm reset happened.

    None of the memory regions are cleared "automatically". Usually there is a memory initialization routine that is called by the software as part of the initialization sequence. The software can "manage" this initialization and be able to log the number of warm reset occurrences.

    Note that this does not work for cold resets, where the part actually loses power. Also, if the warm reset occurs while the CPU is writing to the RAM, the contents of that particular RAM location cannot be trusted to be correct.
