What specific numbers does the customer needs for the fourth argument to Tivaware uDMAChannelScatterGatherSet?

The data sheet only states "the flag bIsPeriphSG should be used to indicate if scatter-gather should be configured for peripheral or memory operation." The customer doesn’t know what number should be.
