I don't understand how you chose programed values for Bit Timing register, specially
for 2nd example how 'C' value was calculated.
In this example, the concatenated bit time parameters are (1-1)3&(8-1)4&(1-1)2&(1-1)6, so the Bit Timing
Register is programmed to = 0x00000700.
In this example, the concatenated bit time parameters are (4-1)3&(5-1)4&(4-1)2&(2-1)6, so the Bit Timing register
is programmed to = 0x000034C1.
