We are unable to provide the current date code. By “Die Revision Code” , I presume you are referring to the “Silicon Revision Code”. You can find that information in the most recent version of the Errata (www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprz193) .

No. I believe Die/Mask/Silicon revision all refer to the same concept. Let me know if I have misunderstood you.
