1. Is the date code is the only information that suggests the die revision?
2. Does TI generate a PCN delineating die changes/errata with date code?
3. Can we buy parts from distributor with date code specified?

We are unable to provide the current date code. By “Die Revision Code” , I presume you are referring to the “Silicon Revision Code”. You can find that information in the most recent version of the Errata (www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprz193) .
1. Is the date code is the only information that suggests the die revision?
No, the silicon revision is part of a different field. Please refer to Fig 3-1 in the Errata.
2. Does TI generate a PCN delineating die changes/errata with date code?
TI will send a PCN for any die revision changes in accordance with JEDEC standards. There has not been a die rev change on this device in >10 years and no further changes are planned at this time.
3. Can we buy parts from distributor with date code specified?
I encourage you to work with the distributor to see if this is an option. This is not something that is controlled by TI.
