TMDSHVMTRINSPIN: TMDSCNCD28069MISO, TMDSCNCD28069ISO, Motorware, CCS

Hi, I'm using TMDSHVMTRINSPIN evaluation board and used TMDSCNCD28069MISO control card(that is broken during experiment) with Motorware

and I got TMDSCNCD28069ISO control board.

I knew that TMDSCNCD28069ISO can't use Motorware program. So, I try to use TMDSCNCD28069ISO with CCS to drive PMSM(PM synchronous motor).

But it isn't work...

My question is this : 

1. Doesn't TMDSHVMTRINSPIN board support TMDSCNCD28069ISO ?

2. How can I drive my PMSM with TMDSHVMTRINSPIN  and TMDSCNCD28069ISO ? (Is there a example drive motor with speed control using CCS?)
