TMS320F280045: Long type variable value accidental not correct in CCS watch window

Hi Champs,

          My customer encountered Long type variable value is not correct in CCS variables watch window. They're not sure if it's related with C2000 instruction error or CCS bug, need your help to investigate the root cause. 

           Below is one example.   The variable value in below code should be within +/-6, while its value will be 65535 in CCS variable window with free run mode. 

           Attached please find the test project to reproduce the issue. We use CCS10.3 window64 version and ti-cgt-c2000_21.6.0.LTS.  Both COFF and ELF format has the same issue.  

           We tried to disable INT and allocate TempAx to dedicate memory to avoid random corruption, the same issue occurred.
