TIDM-02002: CAD Files design errors

Yes, as far as I can tell those look to be the latest files. I have asked someone to look at this, but they are currently out of the office so responses will be delayed.

its possible that some of the waived violations came back after export, but I wouldn't expect missing nets.

1- about the full bridge modules "PMP22002" & "PMP22001" I can't find any information about them is there any reference design or datasheet for them?

2- about the gate drivers is there a reference design or datasheet for the boards used in the design.

we are trying to make the TIDM-02002 compatible with F28338D but we had one problem 

TIDM-02002 uses "C2000 Microcontroller - TMS320F28004x" for control which have internal PGA, but "F28338D based MCU doesn't have internal PGA.

is there any problem to add small Gain hardware design rather than PGA connection, any consideration to take while making this design.

1- Is there any pdf or user guide related to the full design of the new hardware design files "PMP21999", also we couldn't find pdf files for the two modules used in it "PMP22002" & "PMP22001".

2- about "PMP22002" what is the purpose of making the board in 2 parts and connect with them outside the PCB, in the old hardware design "PMP21495" you were using the "PMP21561" and all tracks connected through the main board.

Ahmed, you can certainly add gain amplifiers to replace the PGAs. As for your other questions perhaps Sheng-yang Yu1 can comment.

about PGA in the design you are using Kelvin connection between "GND & RTN" for current sensing on PGA pin.
is there any constrain about it for using external hardware gain amplifier? and what is the required gain for it to work on normal ADC Pin.

I have another technical question about isolation between both sides of the transformer 
in the design you are using two separated 5V sources for primary and secondary.

can we use one 5V source for power up the Board?
will it make big difference in results or the performance and efficiency will be the same?

If I've understood your question this 5Vp an 5Vs is there to keep the primary and secondary sides isolated from one another. Using one 5V source would be a potential weak point in the isolation scheme, right?
