Hi,

my customer has load 500pcs F28067 and 6pcs have been locked for unknown reason.

Could you please help check if there is any risk for the JTAG?

    Howard,

    I think the JTAG looks OK from a schematic perspective; I would make sure that the trace lengths are not in excess of a few inches as well.

    In terms of the flash password getting mis-programmed I would look at the power rails and state of XRSn during the programmation to see if those could have caused an interruption during programming.
