DRV8301-69M-KIT: JTAG Connection

Dear TI team,

We are using DRV8301-69M-KIT. F28069 ISO Control Card has the onboard Debugger and JTAG port, we were using it with CCS for our development work.

Now We are into pilot phase and developed our own Control card and wanted use a external Debugger / JTAG.

Kindly suggest a external JTAG/ Debugger probe (USB support) to use it for F28069M.

TI/C2000 recommends either the XDS110 or the XDS200, both available in the TI Store.

One more thing with the XDS110 can we do boundary scan test for C28069F/M.

I believe so, the XDS110 supports the full 14-pin TI JTAG standard including TRSTn and the EMU0/1 pins so it should work.
