Our customer would like to know the difference between the TMS320F280048-Q1 and TMS320F280049-Q1. Kindly see more details below:
""Is there any major difference between using 280048-Q1 and 280049-Q1 in OBC (PFC or CLLLC) or DCDC in EV applications? I see that the only difference is sigma delta filter, which is not used in those applications. I prefer to use 280048-Q1 because it has a smaller footprint (64 pins) with respect to 280049-Q1 with 100 pins.""
