My customer needs a substitute of F28M36P63
I found a TMS320F28388DPTP with similar functions.
But Inventory is also low.

Could you provide other substitute of F28M36P63 with better Inventory?

Yuki,

If customer's application can fit into 1/2 flash size device then the https://www.ti.com/product/F28M36P53C2 device looks to be in stock. This is pin/pin compatible with only exception of the flash size is only 512KB.

The F28388 device, while similar in flash size is a different architecture than the F28M36 and there would need to be code and partition changes for the customer.
