TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT: question about TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT Phase current sampling

Part Number: TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT

Hi, I'm using TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT to drive a small IPMSM motor.

When I get the phase current data from simulink, I get a very smooth sine wave phase current waveform like number 1 in the picture.

But when I get the same current data with an oscilloscope from the pin on the PCB board, I get a waveform like number 2 in the picture.

I know this happens because TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT is measuring phase current with three shunt resistors and I'm assuming that I get smooth sine wave current data from simulink because phase current is sampled from the raw waveform(number 2)

My question is when is the ADC triggered or in other words, at which point does the ADC module sample the current data from the raw data? Is there any data like the picture below where sampling point is labeled?

Thank you in advance.
