Tms320f280049c  debug fail

1.The simulator is XDS100 V3,The debug method is JTAG.

2.The main download error is connect error.

3.Error information 1:Error connecting to the target:(Error-183 @ 0x0)

4.Error information 2:Error connecting to the target:(Error-501 @ 0x0)
