HI Team,

We are using TMS320F28377S MCU part with FT2232D chip in our design.

1. Can I also use USB to JTAG for bootloader in addition to SCI/UART?

2. To program using only USB to JTAG interface in production, can you provide the necessary binaries ?

3. Can you share details for JTAG emulation of the FT2232D.

Please clarify.

Yes, it is possible. You can refer to the https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSCNCD28379D controlCARD for a reference schematic that implements the XDS100v2 JTAG emulator. The isolation is optional depending on your requirements.
