Hello,
What is the peripheral aimed by the PBISTCLK bit in the PCLKCR22 register ?
There is no such peripheral so not sure what functionality it acts on.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Clément

Hi Clement,
PBIST is logic to self test the internal logic of device and this configuration bit is provided to disable the clock for that logic.

Hi Vivek,
You mean the SCAN test that TI most certainly perform when validating the devices ?
Or is it something else ?
I couldn't find anything about it in the documentation so I am wondering if need to activate it or not.

Not scan test but diagnostic test which even customer can run. Detail about this will be provided in safety manual which is planed to be released in 4Q.

Vivek,
Oh ok thanks.
This is clearly of interest for us.
We had a conf-call last week with our TI FAEs as well as people in charge of avionics market at TI related to Functional Safety.
I'll be looking forward to the safety manual then
Best regards,
Clément
