TMS320F28335: CAN RX interrupt err

Part Number: TMS320F28335

I am using a 28335 for CAN communication.

It communicated by connecting several controllers and worked well.

It works fine at first, but when it works for a long time, TX comes out well, but RX doesn't seem to be able to enter the interrupt.

ABO bit is set to 1.

It seems that the interrupt cannot be entered because an Err has occurred.

Which register should I check?

How do I fix it?

Please help.

If the transmission is still working but only the receive interrupts are not working, the node is not in bus-off. In such a situation, value of ABO bit does not matter. You can check the CANES register for errors that occurred. However, only the bus-off condition will prevent the messages from being received. Ensure that the message was actually transmitted on the bus. Do take a look at the debug tips in www.ti.com/lit/spra876.

I looked at the register at the time of error.

CANRPM=1;

CANRML=1;

CANGIF0_11bit(RMLF0/1)=1;

CANGIF0_15bit(GMIF0/1)=1;

CANGIF0_16bit(TCOF0/1)=1;

BIT is changed to 1 in the above register.

Why?

What's the solution?

There are multiple examples in SPRA876. Please download the code examples and take a look. Specifically, look at RXINT_A.c. It clearly shows every register/bit involved in generating an interrupt for the receive operation. You can use that information to debug your code to understand why interrupts are not generated.
