Can MCU_TMS320F package (nFBGA) be applied to electric assisted bicycles?

    There's no restriction on package type vs application for the BGA package.  With that said a QFP package would be a bit more robust over time from any vibration/mechanical effects in terms of the longevity of the soldier connection to the PCB.
