TMS320F280023C: Small bug i new driverlib from C200Ware 4.0.0.0

Part Number: TMS320F280023C

Hi there is a small bug in the driverlib provided with C200Ware 4.0.0.0 for the f28002x

When compiling the i2c.c file you get two warnings.

".../hal/F28002x/driverlib/i2c.c", line 262: warning #179-D: variable "divider" was declared but never referenced
".../hal/F28002x/driverlib/i2c.c", line 263: warning #179-D: variable "dValue" was declared but never referenced

It probably has no consequences besides giving those warnings. But when your QA states that we only release warning free code. it is an annoyance.

And well the fix should be simple and obvious.
