Dear Expert

We use GPIO30 & GPIO31 as can bus Tx & Rx . And our Tx could not transmit data...

This is use probe measure the Tx waveform.

    Gabriel,

    In the schematics, the part you are showing as a transceiver (SN65176BD) is actually a transceiver for EIA-422/485 bus, not intended for CAN.  You probably should use SN65HVxx/TCAN33xx series of CAN transceivers.  Just to verify that F280049C can send a CAN frame on CANTX pin GPI031, disconnect the 10R resistors connecting F280049C CANTX/RX (R206, and i think the other one is R304, hard to tell from your schematics) to SN65176BD and probe on CANTX again with the scope.
