TMS320F280025: Can C2000 GANG be used with cJTAG?

Customer complaint using XDS200 for programing in the product line is not efficient. Could you please help check whether C2000 GANG can be used with cJTAG? If so, i would suggest them to try it.

Yes, C2000 GANG supportsF28002x and F28004x devices.

Hi Matt,

Thank you. Could you please help further check whether it can used with cJTAG? Customer did not use JTAG for the programming.

Thanks for the clarification.

At this time the C2000 GANG does not support 2 pin cJTAG connection, it will need all 4 JTAG pins. This is a feature that Elprotronic is investigating with TI to add support.

If this is something the customer needs, then it would be good to let Elprotronic know it will be used for programming.

Hi Matt,

Thank you for the confirm. I believe it is helpful to enable this feature for C2000 GANG since more customers will choose cJTAG now.
