TIEVM-HV-1PH-DCAC: Question about SDDATA

Part Number: TIEVM-HV-1PH-DCAC
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE

Dear team:

My customer has two questions about this kit:

1, What is the relationship between the value of the SDDATA register and the actual input voltage value?

2, As shown in the circuit diagram below, this kit divides the input voltage when sampling the DC bus voltage. But the voltage division calculation is not reflected in the program, directly multiplying the coefficient from SDDATA = actual bus voltage. why is that?

Best regards

  • Hi Green,

    Please see my response below.

Q1. In inverterISR, it reads sensing values depending on the sensing option (ADC or SDFM). Please check the SDFM reading as shown below.

    readCurrVolSDFMSignals(&invIfInst, &invIoInst, &invIiInst, &invVoInst,&invVbusInst)

Q2. Please check calculation file shown below. The excel file explains gain for the sensing circuit,
