Does the programmer have this functuin?

Set a number limit of the program time. For example: Set a limit:8000. Then this code file can only be programmed 8000 times.After  8000 times are used out, c2000-gang will lock program function.

I must use PC GUI to clear the lock.

    I'm not aware of an inbuilt function in the GUI or DLLs, but you could reserve one word of the flash(or the OTP for that matter) to hold a counter value that could be incremented on each programmation and read out before a new one.  You can also contact Elprotronic directly to see if this there is another, more automated way to accomplish what you want.
