TMS320F28052: Connection circuit between JTAG and C2000

Hi,

1) Is it okay if the yellow pins are open when JTAG is not connected?

2) Is the following how to handle unused pins?

GPIO ・・・ Open and set to "output"

3) Are there any requirements other than the following regarding pattern design when arranging the MCU and JTAG on the board?

・ Connect a capacitor of 100nF or less between XRS and VSS (noise reduction).

・ Connect a decoupling capacitor to each pin of VDDIO

・ "Set to GPIO when I do not want to use peripheral functions. (It is configured as an input at the time of reset) "

・ The distance between the emulator and the microcomputer should be within 6 inches (15.24 mm).

TMS, TDI, TDO, and TCK can remain open. TRST should still have a pull down resistor (~2.2k ohms).
